Join the 4th Annual Nobody Walks Alone 5K on September 14, 2025! The COMMIT Foundation is hosting this family-friendly event at Mt. Trashmore Park in Virginia Beach, VA, and in other cities nationwide. This 5K aims to raise vital funds for COMMIT to continue to empower individuals with purpose, identity, and connection.
Come join the fun while sharing a commitment to this important cause. Participants worldwide can also join through their local COMMunITies. This year, we're thrilled to announce a partnership with Spartan Races. There will be optional Spartan DEKA stations in Virginia Beach courtesy of Wareing's Gym and we will be offering EVERY finisher a unique code for any Spartan Race event!

5.1 kilometers (approx 3.1 miles) Spartan DEKA elements optional: - Rams for the lunges and the Burpees for males and females - Dyna balls for overhead sit-ups. - 24 inch foam plyo boxes and assault bikes. - Kettle bells that are 44 and 35lbs - for the farmers carries weight. Dogs are permitted at Mt. Trashmore if leashed at all times Dogs are allowed to walk on the trails, but not in the recreation building. -
