Participants will complete four laps around the track at Curtis Field in Petoskey, with each lap bringing a different challenge:
Lap 1 Walking Lunges (weighted or non-weighted division)
Lap 2 Bear Crawls
Lap 3 Farmer Carry
Lap 4 Final Running Lap
