THE NORFOLK STATE UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION, INC WILL HOST THIS EVENT ON THE CAMPUS OF NORFOLK STATE UNIVERSITY AT DICK PRICE STADIUM IN CONJUNCTION WITH OUR FIFTH ANNUAL 5K RUN/WALK FUNDRAISER. BRING OUT YOUR KIDS TO SHARE IN THE FUN WHILE ENCOURAGING MOVEMENT AND EXERCISE AND PROMOTE HEALTHY BEHAVIORS IN OUR YOUTH.

This is an untimed Fun Run is for kids age 2 - 12 years old. The Ladies of Sparta will lead all runners in a spirited warm up starting at 8am for those that arrive early. The 5k Run/Walk as well as Health and Wellness expo will kick off at 9am. There will be a DJ and activities for the kids until the FUN RUN starts at 11am. Freebies and healthy snacks will be available to registered participants.
