Get ready for an exciting day of fun and fitness at the Ocmulgee EMC/Conexon 5k and 1 Mile race on Saturday, August 1, 2026, in beautiful Cochran, Bleckley! This vibrant event promises a competitive atmosphere for runners of all ages, with awards for the top male and female finishers in both the 5k and 1 Mile races, as well as the top three competitors in each age group. Participants can choose from two thrilling distances: the 5k, starting at 8:00 AM, and the 1 Mile, kicking off at 7:30 AM.
With age groups ranging from 11 & Under for the 5k to 7 & Under for the 1 Mile, there’s something for everyone! Don’t forget to register by July 22nd at 12 AM to ensure you receive an exclusive event t-shirt. Race day registration will also be available starting at 6:45 AM, so gather your friends and family and join us for a fantastic day of community spirit and healthy competition!
