Organised by Oneness Run, this event includes a 10K run and a 5K run/walk, all in support of charity and scholarships. The course is certified by USATF, providing a scenic route through Deer Grove Forest Preserve with water stations available. Registration is now open, with timed and untimed options available, as well as a Kiddie Dash for younger participants. The Oneness Run proudly presents the 8th annual Oneness 10K Run and 5K Run/Walk! This event is entirely volunteer-run, and 100% of the funds raised go towards charity and scholarships. Experience the beauty of Deer Grove Forest Preserve as you run or walk through its scenic trails. Water stations will be available along the course.

Timed Event: 10K Runner 7:20 AM, lineup is at 7:15
5K Runner/Walkers 7:30 AM, lineup is at 7:25
Untimed Event: 5K Walk only at 7:35 AM, lineup is at 7:30
KIDDIE DASH: 8:30 AM or after completion of 5K race, lineup is at 8:15
Group 1: Ages 1-5 years
Group 2: Ages 6-10 years
RACE DAY REGISTRATION
There will be no gear check. Car parking is very very close by.

In-person, Registration and Packet Pickup will be available at ROAD RUNNER SPORTS
Date and Time: 6/6 FRIDAY. FROM 3 PM TO 6 PM
Address: 20291 N RAND RD., KILDEER, IL 60074
Race day registration and packet pick-up will also be available at Deer Grove Forest Preserve from 6:00-6:30 am. Pre-registration is strongly recommended to guarantee shirt sizing.
PREMIUMS / SPECIAL FEATURES
Participants in the 5K Run/Walk will receive a race shirt (for the first 350 registrations) available in unisex sizes S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Register before April 30 to guarantee you receive an appropriate size.
Age-based 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place category awards for male and female participants. 11-17, 18- 29, 30-39, 40- 49, 50-59, 60 plus. Overall 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places for age 10 and under, regardless of gender (as there are not many participants in this category).
Kiddie Dash participants will receive medals.
All registered participants will receive an official race packet, sponsored goodies, snacks, and beverages.
Oneness Run promotes a healthy lifestyle, healthy food will be available after the race.
