From 7 AM to 11 AM, the Health & Safety Expo will kick off the festivities, featuring special guest presentations, a heartwarming survivors dove release, and plenty of food and entertainment to enjoy. Awards will be given to the top male and female finishers across various age categories, ensuring a competitive yet friendly atmosphere. With registration fees starting at just $40, you'll receive a race shirt, medal, and goody bag (for the first 500 pre-registered participants), making it a fantastic deal for a day of inspiration and community engagement. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or even at another race). You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself.
