Lace up your running shoes and join participants of all ages as they embark on either the competitive 10K or the spirited 5K, with awards for top finishers in various categories.
The highlight for families is the Kids Superhero Run, where children aged 10 and under can dash alongside adult superheroes, all while sporting their favorite costumes. Every young hero will be rewarded with a free scoop of ice cream from RJs Burgers & Ice Cream, making this a delightful experience for the little ones. New for 2025, every 5K and 10K participant will receive a $10 gift certificate to explore local food, drinks, and shopping in downtown Jackson after the race. PRICING: $35 until 9/21, then $40. Friends/Family discount $5/person when registering 3 or more people is actively available.
OVERALL AWARDS will be given to the top male and female finishers of Open (all ages), and Master (40+), Senior Master (60+) in the 5k Run, and 5k Walk.
AGE GROUPS AWARDS to the top 3 places in each age group:
5K RUN AGE GROUPS: 0-12, 13-14, 15-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69. 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+
5K WALK AGE GROUPS: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
EARLY PACKET PICK-UP will be Friday October 3rd 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm CURRENTLY TBD (MORE INFO COMING SOON)
RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP will be from 7:30 am - 8:45 am at Consumer's Energy Headquarters. 1 Energy Plaza. All pre and post-race events will take place on the Plaza in front of the old post office, now Consumer's Energy Headquarters.
PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO DOGS PERMITTED AT THIS EVENT. Service dogs excluded. Please see the full policy under Race Info. This is for the safety of both our participants and your dogs. Thank you.
