Join us for the exciting "Paddle For Our Hudson" event taking place from Saturday, May 23rd to Monday, September 7th, 2026, in Beacon, Dutchess! This unique fundraiser invites you to hit the water on any body of water that’s convenient for you, whether it’s a canoe, kayak, rowboat, or stand-up paddleboard. Throughout the summer, participants will track their paddling distances and raise funds through pledges from friends and family for every mile they paddle. This is your chance to make a splash for a great cause while enjoying the beautiful waterways of our region. Dive into the adventure, support Hudson River Sloop Clearwater, and help protect our precious Hudson and its surrounding waterways!
Organiser's Description
Take part in our newest fundraiser, PADDLE FOR OUR HUDSON!_ _Support Hudson River Sloop Clearwater by getting out on to any body of water most accessible to you and paddling! From Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend (MAY 23RD - SEPTEMBER 7ND), keep track of the distance you paddle and raise money per mile through donations from your peers. Whether on a canoe, kayak, a rowboat or stand up paddle board, all are welcome to Paddle for Our Hudson!
Traditionally, during our fundraisers, we are asking you for money towards a cause for Clearwater - this time, THE FUNDRAISING POWER IS IN YOUR HANDS! By acquiring pledges from your friends and family for a donation per mile you paddle, you will help raise money for our Hudson and all surrounding waterways.
