Whether you're experiencing perimenopause, menopause, postmenopause, surgical menopause, or simply walking in support of someone you love, this event is for you.

More than a walk, this is a movement dedicated to breaking the silence surrounding menopause, reducing stigma, and ensuring every woman has access to education, resources, community, and support. Together, we'll celebrate strength, resilience, and the power of women supporting women.

Enjoy an afternoon of community, wellness, education, and inspiration while helping advance the mission of the Pretty Moody Foundation: transforming women from confusion and isolation to empowerment and support.
