The PRO-Vision Memorial Foundation was established in 2023 in memory and honor of Paul Robert Overtonan exceptional son, brother, friend, and leader in the Severna Park community. Paul was a motivator and passionate individual who lived life to the fullest while always putting others first. His legacy of perseverance, righteousness, optimism, and service continues to inspire those who knew him and the community he loved.
