5K RUN/WALK: SELECT THE APPROPRIATE OPTION (LSR7 STUDENT OR 5K RUN/WALK PARTICIPANT).
DREAM PARTNER/VIRTUAL PARTICIPANT: SUPPORT THE EVENT, BUT SLEEP IN OR RUN THE 5K ON YOUR OWN TIME!
KIDS DASH: FUN RUN ON THE TRACK FOR KIDDOS UP TO 6TH GRADE. THIS CAN BE ADDED ONTO A 5K REGISTRATION.
KIDS DASH WILL BEGIN ON THE TRACK AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE 5K RUN/WALK (TYPICALLY BETWEEN 8:30 AND 9 A.M.). CHILDREN WILL RUN IN GROUPS WITH LIKE-AGED KIDS. THE OLDEST CHILDREN WILL RUN APPROXIMATELY 200 METERS (HALF LAP). THE YOUNGEST CHILDREN WILL RUN APPROXIMATELY 50 METERS.
