The Global Strides 5K is a five kilometer (3.1 mile) race held on a USTF certified course on Arlington County parkland. The course is a mostly flat, out-and-back route held on the W&OD and Four Mile Run trails. The race will start at 9:00 AM near the south parking area in Bluemont Park, Arlington on Sunday, April 26th, 2026.
A shorter, childrens race will also be held for participants age 10 and under. Chip timing will be provided for participants in the 5K event only.
