9TH ANNUAL RINGER RUN to benefit suicide prevention and mental health awareness.

If you've never run this race, we try to make it fun: Lots of giveaways, water station, 10% off for current High School and Collegiate Track and XC runners, free professional photos, finisher medals, shirt, cool course, after party, and most of all a meaningful cause.
As 100% of our proceeds are donated, we have already donated over $75,000 to local mental health awareness and suicide prevention programs as well as the JOSEPH J. RINGHOFFER MEMORIAL FUND, which was created in memory of a local fallen friend, and supports the Penn State Student Affairs Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) [https://studentaffairs.psu.edu/counseling].

Virtual run option available: Support the cause whenever, wherever (your favorite trail, road, strand, woods, or around your yard 150 times). Just register anytime before the race closes, then run it, ride it, row it, walk it, stride it, stroll it - doesn't matter how you get there. We've had people paddle board for 3.1 miles and that counts in our book! Then well send you all the cool race swag as a thank you.
All registration is done online - no onsite registration.

Whats a Virtual Run? Register for the virtual race, download your custom race bib, finish the distance anywhere and any how you want before the race closes. Run it, ride it, row it, walk it, stride it, stroll it - as long as you get there and keep it fun. Email your finish photo to [email protected]. Well mail your swag as soon as we get it or after the race closes. Separated by distance, together in purpose.
