Participants will embark on the beautiful Fred Meijer Heartland Trail, biking to the McBride Church of Christ before making their way back to Vestaburg, culminating at the delightful Farmer in the Dell.
This year, the Bike-A-Thon aims to support a noble cause, with all proceeds directly benefiting the RLCA Camper Scholarship Fund, which helps families in need send their children to camp. Fundraising is encouraged, and cyclists can print a pledge sheet from rlca.org to gather support from family and friends. Plus, there’s an exciting incentive—whoever raises the most in pledges will win a certificate for a kid's bike from Terry's Cycle! We are excited to announce the return of the RLCA Bike-A-Thon on 5/24/2025! All proceeds will go into the RLCA Camper Scholarship Fund to assist families in need in sending their students to a session of camp.
Starting near the camp at the Vestaburg Church of Christ, cyclists will then join the Fred Meijer Heartland Trail, biking to the McBride Church of Christ and then back to Vestaburg, ending at the Farmer in the Dell!

CLOSED- Participants will be asked to turn around at 10am if they have not yet reached McBride. There will be snack stations and first aid along the route in addition to SAG vehicles if help is needed in returning to RLCA. - Helmets are required. - Children under 12 must be accompanied by someone at least 16 years old. - Those registering by 5/12 will receive a free shirt! - Visit rlca.org for paper registration and pledge sheets. -
