Starting May 29 and running through July 3, 2025, join us in Roanoke, Virginia, for an exhilarating series of outdoor speed, endurance, and strength classes. Held every Thursday at 6:00 AM, these sessions cater to female runners of all paces and abilities, led by the inspiring Coach Becky. Each workout features unique training sessions covering a total distance of 2.5 to 4 miles, complete with rest breaks and a fun bonus round filled with surprises!
Meet at the Shrine Hill Park parking lot at 6:03 AM, where youβll embark on a short run to the track to kick off your workout. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, you'll receive professional guidance on running, racing, and personalized coaching, along with tips on stretching, nutrition, and recovery. Plus, you're welcome to bring a friend or join our trail group afterward for even more fun! Don't miss this opportunity to connect with fellow runners and achieve your fitness goals this summer!

Organiser's Description
Get super speedy this summer with our Ladies' Track Thursday workouts at 6:00am! Hosted by DTT Running (formerly OFF THE GRID Running).
This group is for female runners of all paces and abilities. Coach Becky will provide 6 unique weekly workouts and offer feedback on goal paces along with pace predictions for a variety of distances.
Each workout will depart from Shrine Hill Park parking lot at 6:03am. We will run about a quarter mile to the track, complete the workout, and then wrap up by about 7:00. (Its ok to be late or leave early!) From 7:00- 7:10 will be the BONUS round --full of the surprises we are known for.
Workouts will be 2.5-4 miles total with rest (or bonus round) breaks between intervals. (If youd like to run extra, our trail group will meet afterward!)
Walkers are also welcome!

* Unlimited access to the coach all summer for specific questions, pace recommendations, & personalized coaching.
* Tips on stretching, strength training, hydration, nutrition, and recovery.
* Motivation, inspiration, and humor.
* Exposure to and explanation of a wide variety of running workouts, strength moves, and drills.
If you can't make all of the sessions, use code: 4SESSIONS for a discount.
