This festive event begins at 5:00 PM, where participants will lace up their running shoes and embark on a sparkling journey starting from City Hall on W. Dominick Street. The scenic route will take you along George Street, through Vogel Park, and back to enjoy the twinkling holiday lights that make Rome so special during this time of year.
Whether you choose to run the 5K or join in the 1.3-mile Holiday Stroll, there’s something for everyone, including a FREE Kid's Run at 4:45 PM! After the race, stay for a delightful evening filled with local food trucks, the City’s Christmas Tree Lighting, and a spectacular fireworks finale that will light up the night sky. Participants will also receive a special long sleeve shirt as a keepsake. Don’t miss this magical celebration—mark your calendars and be part of this unforgettable night!

Presented by Rome Clean & Green, the City of Rome, and the Roman Runners
Kick off the holiday season with us on Friday, November 28 at 5:00 PM! Lace up for a sparkling evening as runners and walkers take off from City Hall on W. Dominick Street, make their way up George Street, circle Vogel Park, and return to enjoy the glow of Romes holiday lights. The route will be closed to traffic!

Packet pickup will be 2p-5p at Rome City Hall.
