A PUBLIC HEALTH INITIATIVE TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY WELLNESS
Together we are reclaiming our health and our communities. R3 brings people together to run, walk, dance, and move together.
Its a celebration! #RootsRockRun5K
Whether you join us in person at in Plainefield, NJ, or participate virtually from anywhere in the world, your contribution will make a difference. On Saturday, June 27, between 8:30 am and 12:00 pm, we will collectively run or walk a 5K wherever we are, uniting to combat period poverty.
THE IN-PERSON RACE WILL BE AT 10 AM (NOTE NEW TIME!) AT THE MILT CAMPBELL FIELD [https://maps.app.goo.gl/Cjd4hUXLBxFHCRsF7], 1322 EAST 3RD STREET, PLAINFIELD, NEW JERSEY
Early registration is Free until April 15 and $20.00 until June 16. The first 50 registrants, whether for the live or virtual race, will receive a commemorative t-shirt.

Location: Plainfield High School, North Gym
Duration: 6 weeks
Race day: June 27, 2026
Eligibility: Youth ages 8 and older are welcome
Cost: Free for all participants
Refreshments and music at all training sessions
