Awards will be given to overall winners and medals will be presented to the top three finishers in each age group, ranging from 0-14 to 70 and up. For those who prefer to run at their own pace, a virtual option is available. Simply register and submit your results via email. FLAT AND FAST, OUT-AND-BACK, 5K IN MORSE PARK ON THE WALKING TRAIL IN NEOSHO, MISSOURI. ALL PROCEEDS GO TO THE CROWDER ROUGHRIDER CROSS COUNTRY AND TRACK TEAM. THIS COURSE IS A CERTIFIED 5K COURSE.

Overall winners and medals awarded to the top 3 in each age group: 0-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 up *We do have a virtual option. Simply register normally and then email Jake Holt at [email protected] with your intentions to run the race virtually. You will submit your results by sending a picture of your GPS watch along with your name, age, and gender to [email protected]. T-shirts for the virtual event will be available for pickup at Crowder College in Neosho or through arranged pickup in Joplin, Missouri. Thank you. -
