Join us for the exciting RRCA Women's Distance Festival 5K and Kids Run on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Otsiningo Park in Binghamton, Broome! This vibrant event features a certified 5K course that is flat, fast, and scenic, making it perfect for runners of all abilities. The race kicks off at 6:00 PM, starting and finishing at the North Shelter. Runners can look forward to chip timing by Falcon Timing and a variety of awards, including overall and age group prizes, as well as special accolades like the Fastest First Timer Award in memory of Diane Sherrer.
In addition to the main event, we invite young participants to enjoy a FREE Kids Run, starting at 7:10 PM, designed for children 10 and under. This fun-filled 1/4 mile run ensures that every child leaves with a prize for their participation. Pre-register by August 13 to secure a ladies tech T-shirt, with discounted rates available for girls 18 and under. 5K certified, flat, fast, scenic, and partly shaded course on paved trails at 6:00pm at Otsiningo Park, Binghamton, NY. Start and finish at North Shelter. Course certification # NY13006JG. Chip Timed by Falcon Timing.
