Event summary
On October 20, participants can lace up their shoes and carry a backpack or rucksack to honor breast cancer survivors, remember those we've lost, and stand with those still fighting. The in-person 3K will kick off at 4:00 PM at the Plant City Army Recruiting Station, with check-in starting at 3:30 PM. Don't miss out on the chance to earn a medal as a registered finisher! For those opting for the virtual route, complete your 3K or 5K by October 24 from anywhere you choose. Show your support by wearing pink and sharing your journey on social media with the hashtag #R4DR. Together, let’s carry the weight and support the fight against breast cancer!
Organiser's Description
Participants must carry a backpack or rucksack; added weight is optional. Together, we carry the weight to honor survivors, remember those weve lost, and support those still fighting.

Check-in: 3:30 PM | Start: 4:00 PM
Meet at the Plant City Army Recruiting Station. Participants will carpool to the trail. Route provided to registered participants.
REGISTERED FINISHERS RECEIVE A MEDAL.

Complete a 3K or 5K anywhere.
HOW TO LOG YOUR RESULTS
1 Go to the Ruck for the Ribbon RunSignup page.
2 Open Menu -> Results.
3 Select Submit Virtual Results.
4 Select your registration.
5 Enter your completed distance.
6 Upload a screenshot/image of your completed activity.
7 Select Submit Activity. check mark button

We'll mail your medal after you submit your results and pay the shipping fee.
The first wave of Ruck for the Ribbon virtual medals ships on October 23.
