This 5K is more than a raceits a community-driven event dedicated to supporting water safety and awareness. Swim Dynamic and Adrenaline Body Works are teaming up to host runners and vendors for an energizing day that brings movement, education, and impact together. Along with the run, participants can take on a cold plunge challenge, adding a bold, fun element that highlights resilience and respect for the water. Together, were running for a safer, stronger communityon land and in the water.
The first 100 participants to sign up will earn a FREE T-SHIRT!
