Every Tuesday evening, starting at 6 p.m., families can gather at the Sherando HS Track for an evening filled with fun, fitness, and friendly competition.

Participants of all ages, starting from 6 years old, are welcome to join in on the action. Young ones aged 3 to 5 can participate in the FREE 50-meter dash, creating a perfect opportunity for children to showcase their speed while bonding with family and making lasting memories. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking to enjoy a night out with loved ones, this series is designed to encourage active participation and foster community spirit. Summer Family Track Nights are back! This series is designed to unite families through weekly summer track events. Expect friendly competitions and the adrenaline rush of running on a track. Open to all family members, this series promotes active participation from both children and adults, offering a chance to stay active, bond with loved ones, and craft unforgettable memories, regardless of your athletic background.

Location: Sherando HS Track
Day: Tuesdays
Dates: 6/23, 6/30, 7/7, 7/14
Time: Check-In 6 p.m; race begins at 6:30 pm
AGES: 6+ FOR THE TRACK EVENTS

50 M. Dash (3-5 years old) - FREE; please check in onsite to register your child for this event!

Runners will be split into several heats depending on the number of participants present. Races will be hand timed.
