The in-person experience promises to be vibrant and uplifting, featuring live music, a complimentary beer from Murph and Mary's (or craft soda), and a food truck to keep the energy high! Don’t forget to register by April 29, 2025, to ensure you receive a race shirt and goodie bag on race day. After that date, late registrants will still receive a shirt, medal, and bag, but they may be delivered after the event. With police presence and volunteers ensuring safety along the open course, you can focus on running your best race while making a positive impact. Join us and run toward a brighter future!

This is the fifth annual "Run For Her Life" virtual/in-person 5K and Half-Marathon!
The Phoenix Phase Initiative is an Iowa-based non-profit dedicated to helping women who have been sexually trafficked around the world. These women are rarely given a chance to escape and, when they do get the chance, they RUN for it! The Phoenix Phase Initiative is there so they have a place to run _to_ where they can be accepted, receive counseling, and learn job skills so they can break the cycle and create new lives for themselves and their children. To be guaranteed a shirt and bag, PLEASE sign up by April 29, 2025.
Please note: Runners/walkers who sign up after April 29, 2025 WILL receive a shirt, medal, and bag, but they will likely NOT be available the day before or the day of the race! They will be made after May 17 and distributed as soon as possible.
This will be an open course, but there will be police presence and volunteers directing traffic at the major intersections. Please follow all traffic laws!
