Join us for the exhilarating Run Manatee - Coquina Beach 5K on Saturday, July 12th, 2025, set against the stunning backdrop of Bradenton Beach, Florida. This vibrant event is part of the Run Manatee 5K Series, which celebrates the spirit of community while showcasing the beautiful parks, beaches, and preserves in Manatee County. Participants of all ages and fitness levels are invited to take part in the scenic 5K run/walk along the Coquina Beach asphalt trail, surrounded by lush trees and the refreshing Gulf breeze.
The day promises to be filled with fitness, fun, and family activities! Arrive by 5:30 PM for a warm-up led by Ray Gardner of Prosper Bradenton, followed by the main event at 6 PM. After crossing the finish line, participants can enjoy a yoga cooldown session with Rachael Croll of Salty Buddha at 7:30 PM, along with opportunities to shop local vendors and savor healthy snacks. Plus, your participation supports local non-profits dedicated to getting children of all abilities outdoors. THE RUN MANATEE 5K SERIES OFFERS THREE ADVENTURES TO CELEBRATE ONE COMMUNITY. PARTICIPANTS WILL DISCOVER MANATEE COUNTY'S PARKS, BEACHES AND PRESERVES... ON THE RUN! THE SECOND EVENT OF THE SERIES WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY, JULY 12TH AT COQUINA BEACH IN BRADENTON BEACH, FL. THE 5K RUN/WALK PRESENTED BY RUN WITH PURPOSE NUTRITION INCLUDES A SCENIC ROUTE ALONG COQUINA BEACH ASPHALT TRAIL UNDER THE TREES WITH A GULF BREEZE.
