Please join us for the Run with Heart 5K! This event is an out and back run along the Satilla Waterfront Boardwalk and Greenway and supports Mamie Lou Gross Elementary Running Club. We have 97 students in our running club. This is a fundraiser to help raise money to purchase running club t-shirts for all of our students who reach a half-marathon status by the end of the school year. We would also like to be able to purchase running shoes for students in need.
Our running club will also use this event as a fundraiser to show support for the family of Tate Harper who passed away recently. 100% of the online donations will go to the Harper family. In addition, $10 from each 5K race entry and $5 from each Tater Tot Trot Kids' Run entry will be donated.
