With aid stations approximately every four miles and the encouragement to carry extra water, runners will be well-supported throughout the race. After crossing the finish line, enjoy delicious post-race burgers and hot dogs grilled by ultra runner Ryan Knecht. Each finisher will receive a medal, and there will be exciting random drawings for gift cards from Luigi's Ristorante. The 2025 Run With The Deer Flies 25K, 15K, and 8K will be held on Sunday, July 27, 2025. And as you can see an 8K distance has been added in 2025, This should be a popular addition for new trail runners as well as those who would like a shorter distance.
We are looking forward to returning to Camp Seph Mack near Penn Run, PA and hope to see you there. The Deer Fly is directed by trail runners for trail runners.
