Both races will take participants along a beautiful out-and-back course through the green belt near Hampton Cove Middle School.

The first 250 registrants for the 5K will receive a special medal and a t-shirt, and awards will be announced after the race. All proceeds from this event will benefit the Russell Hill Cancer Foundation, ensuring that support goes directly to local patients battling colon cancer. Please join us for our 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run in support Colon Cancer Awareness! We are so excited to have our first annual 5K! This is a family friendly event, and we would love for your children to come as well!
The 5K will be held Saturday, March 7th, 2026, at 8:00am. Our run will go through the green belt by Hampton Cove Middle School. Our 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk will start at 9:00am. Both the 5K and the 1 Mile Fun Run will be an out and back track.
The first 250 participants to sign up for the 5K will receive a medal and a t-shirt!
