IMPORTANT INFO FOR SATURDAY (TOMORROW)!

1. CHECK-IN AND PARKING: Check-in begins at 8:15 AM at West Goshen Community Park (1023 Fern Hill Rd, West Chester) near the playground, and the run/walk begins at 9:00 AM. There is plenty of parking around the park, including the main parking lot at the entrance and the larger upper parking lot behind the basketball courts. Someone will be available to help direct you to our check-in table if needed.

2. CHECK-IN MATERIALS AND REFRESHMENTS: At check-in, please provide your name to receive your bib, T-shirt, and CHOP wristband (the wristbands are first come, first serve as we have a limited number). Well also have water and pretzels generously donated by Wawa available to enjoy before or after the event.

3. TIMING: Just a reminder that while we will be recording times for the 5K and 2K, this is a fun, non-competitive event! Times will be shared a few days after the event via email and RunSignUp for anyone who would like to see their finishing time or track a personal record (PR).

4. HALLOWEEN CANDY STATIONS: Well have candy at tables along the course to celebrate our Halloween theme! If you take any candy, please help us keep the park clean by holding onto wrappers until you can dispose of them in a trash can.

5. RAFFLE PRIZES: At the end of the event, well randomly select bib numbers through a random number generator to raffle off two $25 Bryn Mawr Running Company gift cards and two CHOP water bottles. Please be sure to stick around until the end, as winners must be present to claim their prizes. If a winner is not present, well select another bib number. You also do not have to participate in this raffle if you choose not to.

7. WEATHER AND ATTIRE: It will be cold on Saturday morning, so check the forecast in advance and be sure to dress warm and wear appropriate footwear (especially if you are wearing a costume)!

8. HALLOWEEN THEME: That being said, we highly encourage you to get in the Halloween spirit and dress up! It doesn't have to be anything crazy, anything to show off the Halloween vibes!

Run4Brains is a Halloween-themed 5K run and 2K walk benefiting the Neuroscience Center at Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia.

Join us at West Goshen Community Park on Saturday, October 24 for a morning of running, walking, costumes, and community; all in support of pediatric neuroscience research!

Runners and walkers of all levels are welcome. Bring your friends and family to run, walk, or just to come in support.
Registration is $30, and don't forget to donate to the cause if you can't attend! All net profit will be donated to the Neuroscience Center at Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia.

Because event costs and preparations are committed in advance, all Run4Brains registration fees are non-refundable, including in the event of scheduling conflicts, inability to attend, or weather-related changes.
