A Note from the White Lake Nutrition RunIt 5K Team:
We are so excited for this years 5K on Saturday, July 26th! Being able to work within the community we love, for a cause that is close to many of our hearts, has been an incredible experience.
The pain and grief felt over the loss of Ava VanderStelt, as well as others lost to the same cause, has been profound and real. However, we are grateful to stand alongside a family and community that rise together in support of this cause.
Mental health matters. We recognize the importance of raising awareness in our community and beyond. Thanks to the generosity of local businesses, community members, and each race participant, we have been able to fund vital mental health resources. We hope this years race continues to bring hope and support to our community.
Race proceeds will be directed to the Ava VanderStelt Scholarship 501(c)(3) and mental health initiatives for students. (More details to come.)
