Running of the Squares Brownwood

Join the excitement at the Running of the Squares Brownwood event, the first race of The Villages 2024-25 series! Taking place on Saturday, October 19th in The Villages, Sumter, this 3.1 mile fun run features chip timing and scoring for a competitive edge. Starting at the intersection of Brownwood Boulevard and West Torch Lake Drive at 8:00am, participants can register for $25 until October 16th, with late and day-of-race registration available for $30. Age group awards will be presented to the top three men and women in various categories, from 14 & under to 90+, while team place awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place add an extra element of fun to the event.
