This exciting event, formerly known as the CNY Gay 5K, has been rebranded to celebrate inclusivity for everyone within the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer communities, along with their allies. The Pride 5K not only promises a fun and spirited race but also supports a worthy cause, as 100% of the proceeds will benefit local SAGE Upstate programs aimed at reducing isolation and promoting health for older LGBTQ individuals.
Get ready to lace up your running shoes and join us for a day of community, pride, and celebration! With early bird registration available from March 1 to March 15 for just $30, and regular registration continuing until June 5 for $35, this is an event you won’t want to miss. Kids aged 12 and under can join in for only $15. Remember, to guarantee your fabulous race T-shirt, register by May 18! Virtual registration is also available for those who prefer to run from home. Race day registration will take place from 7:30 to 8:30

THE PRIDE 5K, FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE CNY GAY 5K, WILL BE HELD ON JUNE 6, 2026. THE NEW NAME IS INCLUSIVE OF EVERYONE IN LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL, TRANSGENDER, AND QUEER COMMUNITIES, AND OUR ALLIES. 100% OF THE PROCEEDS FROM THE PRIDE 5K STAY IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY. FUNDS RAISED GO TO SAGE UPSTATE PROGRAMS WHICH REDUCE ISOLATION AND IMPROVE HEALTH FOR OLDER LGBTQ PEOPLE.
