Formerly known as the CNY Gay 5K, this exciting event embraces inclusivity for everyone in the LGBTQ+ community and their allies. Runners and walkers of all ages are invited to participate in this uplifting race that not only promotes fitness but also supports a great cause.
With 100% of the proceeds staying in our local community, funds raised will enhance SAGE Upstate programs designed to reduce isolation and improve health for older LGBTQ individuals. Early bird registration opens from March 1 to March 15 for just $30, with prices increasing to $35 until June 5. Kids 12 and under can join the fun for only $15. THE PRIDE 5K, FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE CNY GAY 5K, WILL BE HELD ON JUNE 6, 2026. THE NEW NAME IS INCLUSIVE OF EVERYONE IN LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL, TRANSGENDER, AND QUEER COMMUNITIES, AND OUR ALLIES. 100% OF THE PROCEEDS FROM THE PRIDE 5K STAY IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY. FUNDS RAISED GO TO SAGE UPSTATE PROGRAMS WHICH REDUCE ISOLATION AND IMPROVE HEALTH FOR OLDER LGBTQ PEOPLE.
