Organiser's Description
Here is how it works: Register for the challenge any time from now until September 30th. Log your run or walk every day for the month of October
We are offering 5 different levels for you to challenge yourself this October.
Monster Milers: Run or walk at least 1 mile every day.
BOO-ya: Complete the Monster Milers AND log at least 66 miles in October.
Haunted Hundred: Complete the Monster Miler AND log at least 100 miles in October.
Ghoulish Grinders: Complete the Monster Miler AND log at least 133 miles in October.
Draculas Dashers: Complete the Monster Miler AND log at least 177 miles in October.
For the Bike
Monster Milers: Bike at least 3 mile every day.
BOO-ya: Complete the Monster Milers AND log at least 137 miles in October.
Haunted Hundred: Complete the Monster Miler AND log at least 200 miles in October.
Ghoulish Grinders: Complete the Monster Miler AND log at least 283 miles in October.
Draculas Dashers: Complete the Monster Miler AND log at least 313 miles in October.
(You do not need to do the Monster Miler level plus the other levels it is a cumulative total. So you have walked/run the 1 mile per day and you have logged another 35 miles on top of that you would be BOO-ya)
Log Your Activity: Youll have 5 days to log each run/walk/cycling on RunSignUp. You can manually input your data in the results tab. The final miles need to be input by input by noon November 4th, 2026. I will do the levels that day and have the final tallies up by 7pm. Make sure when logging miles you go out two decimal points. (i.e. 2.56 miles)
Prizes: We will have weekly prize drawings for participants including giveaways. Plenty of chances to win.
October Champions Tech /Soft Cotton Shirt: We will have commemorative running shirts with the name of each person who completes the challenge on the back. This shirt is included in your $35 entry fee. The shirt will be unisex sizing.
This time around I am sharing the love of my personal October challenge of SQUAT-ober
Beginner Level 5 squats x the day of the month. So each day progressively adds more squats by day 15 youll do 5 x 15 squats= 75 squats.
Intermediate Level 10 squats x the day of the month.
Advanced Level 25 squats x the day of the month.
This will get you a wood finisher medal based on what level you choose and complete.
We mail out the shirts so everyone including non finishers will get theirs too!
