Organiser's Description
Walk, Run, Ride, Roller Blade, or Row, just get up and move, The challenge runs from October 15th through November 15th and ends with you doing a 5K event. It can be an organized event or on your own. PA running Crew will have a couple 5K opportunities for you to do your final 5K.
To train for your 5K you need to log your minutes of movement. You choose your level of training. Log 5000 minutes, 3100 minutes, 500 minutes or 310 minutes.
What you get....Each participant gets a custom bib number and finishers medal.
