Get ready for an exciting day of community spirit and fun at the 4th Annual Seeds of Hope HERO 5K on Saturday, June 7, 2025, in beautiful Biddeford, York! This unique virtual event invites participants from all corners of the country—whether you're in Maine or Hawaii—to take part in your own way, be it walking, running, biking, rowing, or paddling. The goal is simple: complete your 5K on or before 6 PM on June 1st. Last year, this inspiring event attracted 123 participants from eight states and raised over $14,000 for the Seeds of Hope Neighborhood Center, which works tirelessly to combat poverty and foster personal growth within the community.

Seeing so many participate both near and far (Maine to Hawaii) choosing to do it their way (walking, running, biking, etc..) weve decided why not continue to keep this event virtual?! Last year we had 123 participants from 8 states and raised more than $14,000. So choose your day, time and location as long as your 5K is completed on or before 6pm on Saturday, June 1st! Walk, run, bike, row, paddle or roll your way through the 5K - it's truly up to you how you choose to complete it. SIGN UP by WEDNESDAY, MAY 1ST and receive a FREE T-SHIRT OR KIDS HERO CAPE! When you participate in this FUNdraising event, you become a HERO to everyone at the Seeds of Hope Neighborhood Center. Don't delay, be our hero today!
Register a SUPERHERO Team with friends, family or co-workers. (Creativity is highly encouraged.) Set a Team FUNdraising goal and help us reach our goal!
