Get ready for an exciting day of community spirit and athleticism at the Shoreline Orthopaedics RUN WO 5k & 1-Mile Fun Run, happening on Saturday, July 22, 2023, in beautiful Holland, Ottawa! This vibrant event serves as the largest annual fundraiser for West Ottawa Girls Cross Country and Track & Field, as well as the Shore Track Club programs. Participants can choose between a 5K run/walk starting at 8:30 AM and a 1-mile family fun run at 9:30 AM, both hosted at the scenic West Ottawa High School campus.
With a completely flat course winding around the West Ottawa campus and finishing inside the stadium, this event is perfect for runners of all levels. All proceeds from the RUN WO races go directly back to supporting over 300 girls from grades 4 through 12, fostering their passion for sports and teamwork. Join us for a day filled with fun, fitness, and the joy of giving back to our local youth programs! Don’t miss out on being part of this wonderful community event!

THE SHORELINE ORTHOPEDICS RUN WO RACES ARE THE LARGEST ANNUAL FUNDRAISER FOR WEST OTTAWA GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY AND TRACK & FIELD AS WELL AS SHORE TRACK CLUB PROGRAMS. ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE RUN WO RACES GO DIRECTLY BACK TO INTO THESE PROGRAMS WHICH SUPPORTS OVER 300 GIRLS IN GRADES 4 THROUGH 12. RUN WO INCLUDES A 5K RUN/WALK AND A 1-MILE RUN/WALK ON JULY 27TH 2024. BOTH EVENTS ARE AT WEST OTTAWA HIGH SCHOOL (3685 BUTTERNUT DRIVE, HOLLAND, MICHIGAN, 49424) AND START JUST OUTSIDE WEST OTTAWA STADIUM AND FINISH ON THE FIELD INSIDE WEST OTTAWA STADIUM.
THE COURSE IS COMPLETELY FLAT ON ROADS AND SIDEWALKS AROUND THE WEST OTTAWA CAMPUS AND FINISHES INSIDE WEST OTTAWA STADIUM.
