Join us on the bike trails in Sherando Park for another extraordinary summer of trail racing. This year we are bringing back the 10K and 25K. New to this year is the 50K to complete the series. All three races will test your skill and ability but leave you wanting to do it again. This year each participant will receive a T-shirt for each race.
Each year our races benefit a couple of charities. This year the 10K will raise money for the Area 13 Special Olympics. The 25K and 50K will benefit the Blue Ridge Wildlife Center.

On Google Maps you can punch it in as 525 Line Drive, Stephens City, VA, and it will get you there. It is a large parking area and has bathroom facilities. Check-in for the race will begin at 0700 and the race will start at 0800. There will be water and snacks at the finish and one water stop mid-way through the course.

OPENS 03 JAN 26The 25K will test your speed and endurance as you travel three times around the trail. This race is a love/hate relationship with running as you do your first loop and and feel excited only to get out for the second and question why you even do this. Then third loop comes around and you remember that you can accomplish big goals and this one is almost over!! It's a roller-coaster of emotions but worth every minute of it. Must register by July 14, 2025 to receive a shirt. -
SPEAR 50k Trail Race

OPENS 03 JAN 26New this year is the 50K distance. This takes the place of the 8 Hour. This race will allow you to know that there is an end in sight. Six loops around the course and you will achieve ultra marathon status! Join your old friends and new friends and take a chance at setting a PR for speed or distance. Must register by August 19, 2025 to receive a shirt.
