Get ready to kick off St. Patrick's Day with a festive spirit at the St. Patrick's Day Pre-Parade 5K and 1 Miler on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, in the charming town of Crown Point, Lake. This exciting event features a timed 5K race for the competitive runners and a non-timed 1-Mile fun run perfect for families and kids aged 3-12. The course will take participants through scenic city streets and peaceful neighborhoods, creating a delightful atmosphere for all.
Join in the fun and excitement, as the first 200 registrants will receive finisher medals, and everyone can enjoy a refreshing green beer after crossing the finish line! Awards will be given to the top overall male and female finishers, along with the top three in each age group. Not only will you enjoy a spirited day of running, but you'll also be supporting the St. Matthias Food Pantry and the Challenger Learning Center of NWI. Registration fees are $30 for adults participating in the 5K and $25 for the non-timed 1-Mile run, with the opportunity to earn rewards by referring friends. Don’t miss out on this vibrant celebration of community and health!
