FINAL INSTRUCTIONS EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO ALL PARTICIPANTS WEEK OF THE EVENT WITH UP-TO-DATE RACE INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR BIB# INCLUDING YOUR HEAT ASSIGNMENTS! IF SIGNED UP IN THE COMPETITIVE WALKING DIVISION YOU MUST WALK THE ENTIRE MILE RACE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A WALKER DIVISION AWARD!

FLUIDS AND FOOD: THERE WILL BE 1 AID STATION WITH WATER AND REPLACEMENT DRINK.
