Get ready for an exciting summer of speed and conditioning at the Summer 2025 Kids Speed & Conditioning Training in Apex! Kicking off on Thursday, June 5, 2025, and running through July 31, 2025, this vibrant program is designed for kids aged 8-14 and will take place at the beautiful Apex Nature Park in Holly Springs, Wake. Each week, young athletes will gather for an hour of fun, energetic training aimed at improving running speed and overall fitness.
With classes held every Thursday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, participants will benefit from a comprehensive 8-week program that includes professionally coached workouts, a tailored training plan for non-class days, and a stylish training shirt. For just $65, kids will not only enhance their athletic skills but also enjoy a 20% discount at Pace Yourself Run Company! Make sure to secure a spot as class sizes are limited to 35 registrants. SUMMER 2025 KIDS SPEED & CONDITIONING TRAINING IN APEX is brought to you by TRIANGLE RUN SMART TRAINING, PRESENTED BY PACE YOURSELF RUN COMPANY AND THE RUNNING PTS.
Class is 8 WEEKS LONG, meeting once per week, and is geared toward KIDS AGED 8-14 YEARS OLD. The goal of the class is to have fun, get healthy, and work on running speed and overall conditioning. All levels and paces are welcome! Class will be capped at 35 registrants.
COST OF THE CLASS IS $65. No refund and no class credit if you drop the class after registering.
COST INCLUDES: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week, a season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days as well, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), educational information coordinated by The Running PTs, and a training shirt.
If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.
