Get ready for the Urban Bourbon Half Marathon (10/17/26) with us! The Swags Performance Project supports runners at every stage of their personal performance journey from first-timers to seasoned competitors.

This 16 week program includes:

* Free, downloadable training plans for beginner and intermediate level runners.

* Weekly group calls on with a coach beginning in August.

Plans will be sent via email after registration and registrants will be opted in to text message reminders about group runs, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.

THE BEGINNER PLAN IS BUILT FOR RUNNERS WHO ARE EARLY IN THEIR HALF MARATHON JOURNEY.

This plan will help you will develop a strong aerobic base, grow your long run from 5 to 10 miles, and build the fitness and confidence to cross the Urban Bourbon Half Marathon finish line.

THIS INTERMEDIATE PLAN IS FOR RUNNERS WHO HAVE COMPLETED AT LEAST ONE HALF MARATHON AND ARE READY TO PUSH FURTHER.

This plan will help you will build on your aerobic base with higher volume, structured track sessions, sustained tempo runs, and Marathon Pace work. Long runs peak at 11 miles before a focused taper positions you to race your best at the Urban Bourbon Half Marathon.
