Organiser's Description
Sweet Grace Ministries offers support, hope, and empathy to families enduring miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant death. We offer support in the form of comfort baskets, comfort bags, gowns, photography, cards, support group, events, and more. We are currently partnered with 24 hospitals in PA, 2 in MD, 1 in AK, 1 in NJ, and 1 in MT.
Our 15th Walk to Remember will be held Saturday, October 3, 2026 (in person with the option to participate virtually)
We hope to raise awareness, funds, and resources to support our organization. A one-mile walk will follow a remembrance celebration and candle lighting ceremony. All are welcome to participate in person at Norlo Park OR at home with family and friends.
Pre-registration encouraged, but not required.

Participants can join a team or make a team! In order to do so, you will need to: -Become a "Fundraiser". This is a FREE event. Participants are not obligated to raise money in order to create a team or be a part of a team. We are simply using the word Fundraiser in place of the word Team/Team Member. There is an automatic $100 goal when you set up your team/individual page. This can be adjusted to your personal goal. -Once your fundraiser is created, you can invite others to join your fundraising team. -There will be an option to share your story and choose a picture to represent your team. We encourage you to share as much as you're comfortable with! -You can easily find your team under the Donate tab and scroll down the page. -
