The course is a simple out-and-back route on a continuous sidewalk, starting from the gathering area across from Dream Bay Resort and heading south to a turnaround point near Shell World. With no pressure or qualifying times, participants can focus on creating unforgettable memories while celebrating the wonderful couple at the heart of this event. Remember to bring your own hydration, as there won't be any water stations along the course. As a fun touch, we encourage participants to sport teal and white clothing! Lace up your shoes, grab a friend, and get ready to make this a memorable start to a fantastic wedding weekend!

As family and friends gather to celebrate Caden and Sydney's wedding weekend, we invite you to kick off the festivities with a fun and casual 5K. Whether you're an experienced runner, an occasional jogger, or simply looking for a morning walk with great company, this event is for you.
This 3.1-mile run is all about bringing people together, creating memories, and celebrating the incredible couple at the center of it all. There are no qualifying times, no pressure, and no expectationsjust fresh air, friendly competition, and a chance to enjoy time with fellow wedding guests before the weekend's festivities begin.
So lace up your shoes, grab a friend, and join us as we celebrate Caden and Sydney's next chapter togetherone step at a time!
_THE COURSE IS A SIMPLE OUT-AND-BACK ROUTE ON A CONTINUOUS SIDEWALK IN KEY LARGO. PARTICIPANTS WILL START FROM THE GATHERING AREA ACROSS FROM DREAM BAY RESORT, HEAD SOUTH TO THE TURNAROUND POINT NEAR SHELL WORLD, AND RETURN TO THE FINISH. NO ROADS WILL NEED TO BE RUN ON AS THE ENTIRE ROUTE UTILIZES A SIDEWALK PATHWAY._
There will be medals awarded to the top 3 finishers.
This is a BYOH event Bring Your Own Hydration! There will be no water stations along the course, so please come prepared with whatever fluids you need to conquer the 3.1 miles. The good news? There will be plenty of opportunities to rehydrate later in the wedding weekend.
Teal and white colored clothing are encouraged!
