Organiser's Description
INFLAMMATORY BREAST CANCER: NO LUMP. STILL CANCER
Join us for a powerful and purpose-driven 5K as we come together to raise awareness and critical funds for inflammatory breast cancer (IBC)a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer that often goes undetected until it has advanced.
This event is more than just a race. It is a community united in support, remembrance, and hope. Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, every step taken helps fund research, education, and bring greater attention to a disease that urgently needs it.
Inflammatory breast cancer accounts for only a small percentage of breast cancer cases, but it is responsible for a disproportionate number of breast cancer-related deaths. Because it often does not present as a lump and progresses rapidly, making awareness and research more critical.
Participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Come out to honor loved ones, support those currently fighting, and stand with survivors. Together, we can make a differenceone step at a time.
Run. Walk. Support. Make an Impact. Together, we are turning steps into progress- and progress into Hope.
