The day begins with check-in at 8:00 AM, and participants can choose between a timed 5K Run for $40, which includes a chipped bib, event t-shirt, and a finisher medal, or a One Mile Fun Walk for $25, available both in-person and virtually, complete with an event t-shirt and finisher ribbon. Gather your friends and family to form fundraising teams, as any team raising $1,000 will have their name featured on the race shirts! Children on chemotherapy treatment have a suppressed immune system and could otherwise risk infection and serious illness by attending typical age-appropriate preschool programs.
