Organiser's Description
The Equalizer Groad Gravel Race rolls out through the city streets of Warrenton for a 30 or 60 mile loop. Expect a well marked course that drops into gravel with fast crushed limestone. Suddenly the rock color chages and gets larger (but nothing a regular gravel bike cant handle) to the native Charrette creek gravel for a few miles and splashes through a few low water crossings. Next up: Hammer the fast road sections peppered by limestone gravel roads through the rolling countryside of Warrenton through the Aid station and checkpoint back into town to finish the 30 miler or take another lap for the 60.
The Equalizer is fast enough for the pavement pounder, yet technical enough for the gravel grinders, Aid station every 15 miles. Bring your sag bag, we will have it ready for you at the half way point on the loop. Trailing sag as well.
Post race food, snacks, beverages, music, raffle and fun! Awards for Top 3 in all A.G and Overall M/F. Special awards for 2 Strava KOM segments on race day. Must upload and show your Kingly/Queenly status day of to be elgible for a KOM gravel crown trophy! Overall Male/Female KOM (must be done during race and on strava) You will see the segment start/stop signs for: King of the Groad a 6 miler and Big Rocks=Big Watts a 3 miler.

Things to do for your fans/friends/frenemies/furryfriends and fam: Swim at the new Aquaport, play in the dog park, disc golf, and or just enjoy the walking trails and music all right there smack dab in Racers Village.
Registration CLOSES the evening before the race! Saturday 8-19 at 7pm. WE ROLL AT 7:00 am Sunday Morning! Arrive in time for the MANDO 6:35 meeting and check in at racers village! (you will get a detailed info email just after registration)
