Join us for the 8TH ANNUAL TOMATO TROT! This community run/walk benefits local organizations making a difference in the Susquehanna Valley. We are excited to support both The Refuge and Young Life, along with other local youth ministries, as they build relationships with students, provide Christ-centered support, and help young people grow in their faith and purpose.

The race will begin and end in the parking lot of the Furmano Foods plant in Northumberland, located at 770 Cannery Road (GPS Address: please use 815 Cannery Road). The 5K will be CHIP-TIMED by Falcon Race Timing. This is a RAIN OR SHINE EVENT, so come prepared!

This family-friendly event is perfect for people of all ages and abilities. Fun activities for kids will be available during the 5K race. CAN YOU BEAT THE TOMATO? Participants will have the chance to race against our running Tomato for bragging rights!

PRE-REGISTER EARLY TO RECEIVE A FREE EVENT T-SHIRT IF YOU REGISTER BY APRIL 10, 2026! Some t-shirts will also be available for purchase at the event.

Cash prize awards will be given to the top 3 overall finishers (male and female). Fun kids activities will be available during the 5K race. The Kids Fun Run will occur following the 5K and is free to all kids who would like to participate.

COURSE: Out and back course in scenic rolling countryside. Refreshments will be available after the race for all participants.

PACKET PICK-UP: For pre-registered participants, packet pick-up is available at Furmano Foods on Friday, May 8 from 5-7PM as well as the morning of the event from 8:30-9:45AM.
