Organiser's Description

IM 70.3/140.6 SWIM SUCCESS BUNDLE (FEB 1 & FEB 28)

Goal: The ultimate "Bridge" program to move you from technical pool drills to open-water confidence.

This comprehensive two-part series is designed for long-course athletes who want to stop "fighting" the water and start their race with a calm, efficient stroke.

Phase 1 (Pool - Feb 1st): We strip down your stroke to find and fix "leaks" that waste energy. Youll leave with a 4-week practice plan to reinforce these new habits.

Phase 2 (Lake - Feb 28th): Put your technique to the test at Walter E. Long Lake. Includes a cold-water entry clinic followed by a supported 1,000yd or 1.2-mile practice swim.

The Result: Athletes who complete both sessions report significantly lower race-morning anxiety and more energy left for the bike and run. Bundle and save $25+ over individual registration!

Level 1: New Triathlete & Novice Clinic (March 1st)

Goal: Build a rock-solid foundation and eliminate swim-start panic.

Perfect for novice triathletes who are comfortable in a pool but feel gassed after 50 yards or dread the chaos of the open water.

Master Breathing Rhythm: Learn the "calm breath" to keep your heart rate low and stay in control.
Optimize Body Position: Stop your legs from sinking to reduce drag instantly and save your "bike legs."
Confidence Under Pressure: Specific drills to help you feel safe and capable, even in a crowded wave start.
Requirement: Must be able to swim 25 yards continuously.

Level 2: Intermediate Triathlete Clinic (March 1st)

Goal: Shave minutes off your personal best with tactical mastery and efficiency.

For seasoned triathletes who have the endurance but lack the speed. We focus on the high-level technical shifts that allow you to swim faster without working harder.

Stroke Power Analysis: Professional feedback on your "catch" and "pull" to maximize your distance per stroke.
Advanced Sighting Tactics: Master navigation skills that allow you to sight without breaking your swim rhythm or slowing down.
Racing Strategy: Learn the tactical moves of drafting and efficient buoy turns to take the tightest line on the course.
Requirement: Seasoned triathletes looking to take their racing to the next level.
