TriCord Ruck & Run

Join us for the second annual TriCord Ruck & Run on Saturday, April 12, 2025, in beautiful Oklahoma City, Cleveland! This exciting trail running event at Lake Stanley Draper is designed to raise awareness and support for Oklahomans affected by trauma and PTSD. Participants can choose from a variety of race distances, including a half marathon (13.1 miles), a 10K, a 5K, or take part in the untimed 1-mile fun ruck/run.

Whether you’re running or walking, you will enjoy the scenic trails while collecting awesome swag and indulging in delicious food from local food trucks. This event not only promotes health and wellness but also fosters community spirit, helping to restore connections that are often lost in today’s digital age. All funds raised will directly support life-changing services for military personnel, veterans, and at-risk youth in Oklahoma.
