Celebrating its 20th annual edition, this empowering triathlon and duathlon is dedicated to women of all ages and athletic backgrounds, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Whether you're looking to challenge yourself or simply enjoy a weekend of fitness and camaraderie, TRILLIUM promises an unforgettable experience.
Participants can choose from a variety of race options to suit their preferences. The Triathlon features a 400-meter swim, an 11-mile bike ride, and a 5K (3.1-mile) run, while the Duathlon consists of a 1-mile run, 11-mile bike ride, and a final 3.1-mile run. For those who prefer teamwork, the Triathlon Relay allows three members to tackle the race together, while the Duathlon Relay offers a fun two-member team option. With a unique time trial start on the steps of the Centennial Quarry, this event is designed to inspire and uplift every woman who participates. Since 2005, this womens only event has focused on empowering the competitive spirit in all women. Trillium is designed for women of all ages and athletic ability whether new to multi-sport, a casual swimmer/biker/runner, or an experienced athlete. This weekend is all about you.
RACE OPTIONS
* TRIATHLON -> 400 Meter Swim, 11 Mile Bike, 5K _(3.1 mile)_ Run
* DUATHLON -> 1 Mile Run, 11 Mile Bike, 3.1 Mile Run
