The festivities kick off with a health fair at 7:00 a.m., followed by check-in, welcome announcements, and the highly anticipated Kids Dash at 7:50 a.m. The 5K starts at 8:05 a.m., while the one-mile walk begins shortly after at 8:10 a.m. After working up a sweat, participants can look forward to an awards ceremony at 9:05 a.m., recognizing the top finishers in various age categories. This year's theme is Disco Dash! We encourage staff to form teams and dress up for the event. There will also be a 1-mile course option and a Kids Dash before 5k and One-Mile walk begin!
